Reverse all signs of aging? A bold statement that definitely grabbed our attention when researching Amorepacific’s Time Response Skin Renewal collection. We had heard and read amazing reviews of the products online and we wanted to put the products to the test!
We learned about adding a skin care routine, highlighted by beauty secrets from South Korea, when we first introduced Amorepacific to Toronto Is Fashion in June. During that first meeting we learned of the brand’s connection and deep roots in South Korea, as well as their commitment to the environment and sustainability. With the help of the Amorepacific TIME RESPONSE Skin Renewal Cremes, we were ready to start testing and see if the product is worth the price. The Skin Renewal face crème cost around $615 CAD and the Time Response eye crème costs about $350 CAD (available through Nordstroms). While these aren’t the most expensive products we have tested, it’s still a high price so we wanted to do some serious product testing before deciding on recommending whether you should spend the money or not.
You don’t need to apply a lot of the product. We learned this early on in the first few days of using the creams; a little goes a long way! This is absolutely great news for those who are constantly repurchasing anti-aging products that you have to slather on but only receive minimal results at best.
The product is lightweight and silky. Usually when we get over zealous with an anti-aging product and apply too much, it’s almost inevitable to get a localized acne situation. This didn’t happen with Amorepacific and our skin felt moisturized without feeling greasy or oily.
Less then a week once a night….better then Botox!
With great feedback from customers online about the Time Response collection (one commenter raved that the product was better than botox she’s had) we were on the look-out for any results. Research has suggested that any changes to skincare routines or product changes take an average of 23-30 days before you begin seeing results. To our surprise, Amorepacific had begun working almost immediately.
Our skin instantly began to feel better hydrated and looked healthier. Small creases on the forehead were the first to decrease followed by any lines around our eyes. The Time Response Skin Renewal Eye Creme is seriously worth it’s weight in gold! By the second and third week of testing, we were so impressed we wanted to begin adding more Amorepacific products to our daily routine.

While we decided to test the correction line, the company offers separate skin care collections based on your concerns. These include cleansing, brightening, moisturizing, correction and a prevention series. Because of our age, and the fact we take fairly good care of our skin already, we would have been fine with using the prevention series. Another fast-acting treatment that prevents oxidation and damaging inflammation, which leads to first signs of aging, the prevention products are designed to target areas before the skin becomes wrinkled or damaged.
