Along with investing in innovative robotics, Royal Caribbean has introduced a virtually all-tech guest experience option for check-in, concierge and other usually mundane vacation tasks.
One thing we were concerned about before the cruise was wifi connections once we were at sea. This concern went away very quickly. Quantum of the Seas uses satellites to bring unprecedented bandwidth and internet speed. With speeds that match the fastest broadband connections onshore, we could stream videos, share vacation moments in real time, and stay in touch with loved ones on land.
