The hot summer weather has finally hit Toronto and since we were having a slightly colder June, it was nice to welcome the hotter weather this month. For our July Le Chateau Style Challenge we decided to pick some floral pieces we found at Le Chateau to match up with the summer tropical weather.
I instantly was drawn to this tropical floral print top which was nice and lightweight and perfect for keeping you cool on the hot summer weather and the bright print works well for any event you have or just for wearing to the beach. Make sure to pair the print with a simple pair of short, jeans or pants. Here I paired the shirt with a pair of khaki shorts.
I also found these green floral print shorts that are great for going to the beach and for running errands around town. They can be pair with a solid t-shirt like the white tee in the picture or a tank top if the weather gets too hot. I found these shorts a bit too long since I like my shorts on the shorter side, but I just rolled them up and there was a great pattern underneath as well!
