Of course, it would not be a Greta Constantine celebration without a choice beverage pairing to help celebrate the evening. Apothic Wine, one of our favourites, served up their unique blends of red and white wines. To highlight the wines, a pair of well-toned, bare-torosoed men stomped in barrels filled with grapes. (As if we needed another reason to love wine!)
Chef Christine Vynal kept guests happy and treated them to a menu which featured celery boat h’orderves with whipped brandade and caviar. As sundown neared, attendees were treated to a pair of performances from Opera Atelier’s upcoming 30th Anniversary Season.
While the event is always a blast, it’s a fashionable reminder the that the next fashion season is really just a few sips away.
