Last week, the Marley family came to Toronto for the Canadian launch of the new House Of Marley branded headphones. The new headphone range is comprised of three collections – Jammin’, Freedom, and Destiny, and features noise isolating headphones in colorful and vibrant styles.
The launch party got started with a Q and A with Rohan Marley, Bob Marley’s son. who talked about his love for Canada and about the new headphones, that are eco-friendly and made using sustainable and eco-friendly products. The night finished off with performances from Devine Brown and the Marley Grandchildren; Jo Mersa and Daniel Bambaata.
The House of Marley has partnered up with the Marley Family’s foundation 1Love.org and local charity MusiCounts, an organization working towards providing music education for every Canadian child, and will donate $1 for every Headphone sold at Future Shop, over the course of the 2011 holiday season.
