H&M plans major update of Toronto store

One of Toronto’s most visited H&M locations is prepared to undergo some major renovations. Transforming the brand’s location at Yonge and Dundas, one of the busiest intersections in Canada, will take until spring next year.

H&M promises it’ll all be worth the wait.

“We’re thrilled to be able to re-launch this flagship store with a whole new look,” says Toni Galli, Country Manager, H&M Canada.

We cannot wait to unveil the store and give our customers a new shopping experience including H&M concepts never before seen in Toronto.

H&M-New-Store

The new store will occupy over 56,000 square feet of retail space and will feature every single concept that H&M has to offer including the highly anticipated H&M HOME collection. The store will unveil a whole new look in the spring of 2016 including a store front that will feature large digital screens and a fully illuminated LED facade.

Along with introducing new concepts such as H&M Home, customers will be treated to special pop up shops during the renovations. While the store will remain open throughout the renovations, certain floors will be closed. Those collections will move to the pop up shop located towards the middle of the Eaton Centre.

The pop up shop will open Thursday, May 14th as an H&M Man store.
