Balmain is the next H&M Collaboration - Toronto Is Fashion

The H&M designer collaborations are one of the biggest announcements in fashion each year, with everyone waiting to see what designer will work with the Swedish fashion brand. This year, the designer is Balmain’s Oliver Rousteing, and he announced the news at the Billboard Music Awards with the help of models Kendall Jenner and Jourdan Dunn.

The H&M Balmain collection will be available at the following Canadian stores : The Toronto Eaton Centre, Yorkdale Mall and Bloor St. in Toronto. In Montreal at 1200 Ste Catherines St. and Rockland Centre, and in Vancouver at Pacific Centre and Metropolis at Metrotown.

It’s been a busy time for H&M, especially in Toronto. A major store renovation will bring new concepts never before seen in the city, and a brand new makeup line was just announced earlier this month. This collaboration will bring some interesting and beautiful designs from the creative mind of Balmain’s Oliver Rousteing. From the red carpet looks from both Balmain at the Billboard Music Awards and H&M’s recent showing at the MET Gala (see images below), this collaboration will surely be another big hit for the fashion retailer.

This #HMBALMAINATION limited-edition collaboration joins a growing list of highly respected labels and artists who have collaborated with H&M before including Alexander Wang, David Beckham, Minju Kim, Isabel Marant, Maison Martin Margiela, Anna Dello-Russo, Lanvin, Jimmy Choo and Versace for H&M Cruise.
