Club Monaco has teamed up with Swedish footwear brand Tretorn, for an exclusive reinterpretation of the classic Nylite. The two brands will reintroduce the Nylite sneaker with updated features, and will be available exclusively at Club Monaco stores.
The Nylite x Club Monaco boasts vintage features paired with modern upgrades. Using the Italian mill that is also used in the Club Monaco men’s suiting, the collaboration will see Italian twill used for the outer fabric of the Nylite. The Nylite also has a padded collar and custom loopback terry lining and the classic Tretorn gullwing logo has a suede finish.
The Nylite was made famous by world-renowned Swedish Tennis champion Björn Borg in the 1970’s and is widely recognized as the first luxury sports shoe.
The Tretorn for Club Monaco collaboration features two Nylite styles in dark navy and olive grey, retailing for $98 CAD available in the men’s department at Club Monaco shops and www.ClubMonaco.ca
