Join the 3rd annual Angels Catwalk for SickKids on Thursday, November 19th at Andrew Richard Designs, 571 Adelaide St. East. Building on the success of the past two years, having raised over $500,000 – the event will feature live entertainment by Hogtown Sound, Sole Power Productions, Aion Clarke, Cindy Gomez and Wes Maestro Williams alongside fashion by House of Dalla, David Dixon, Helder Diego, Hilary MacMillan, La Nuit Lingerie, Marka Designs and Vintage Couture.
With the generosity of guests, sponsors, and The Hospital for Sick Children, Angels Catwalk was able to fund the fellowship of an outstanding paediatrician from Germany, which enables SickKids to work with the next generation of world-leading specialists and to continue its cutting-edge liver transplant research program. This year’s research focuses on developing a measure of the frailty of children with liver failure, which will support a new and more accurate system for timing liver transplantation for children most in need.
